The Great Jersey Barrier Reef

A Jersey Barrier is one of those concrete barriers that you find in the highway. It was invented in the early '50s when they were building the New Jersey Turnpike.

I have found that some people from the mid-west U.S. know these barriers as "Cows." This suggests to me an additional cartoon depicting not only Jersey, but Holstein, and Guernsey Barriers.
