I actually considered researching massage so that I could write a book with this title. Thank goodness I took up cartooning, so I could get it out of my system without having to actually write the damn thing.
When I drew this, I thought that massage therapists would love it. It turns out that I have offended more than one masseur, because they feel that they are already fighting a societal bias associating massages with sex, and that this cartoon was not helping.
I did find that the majority of people who bought this tee-shirt got it for their mate, and would always tell me in a hushed voice: "It’s an inside joke."
